DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION POLICY
EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2008

When you make your
deposit you hereby agree to Little Rascal's Pet
Motel and Resort's terms and services. |
| 2. |
Cancellations must be
made 10 days prior to scheduled appointment to
receive deposit. |
| 3. |
Any cancellations made
within 10 days of appointment will forfeit deposit
and may be required to pay for the days reserved. |
| 4. |
Any reservations
arranged and deposits made within 10 days of
appointment will be non-refundable. |
| 5. |
We have not raised our
prices since 2001. However we do expect you to pay
for the total days/nights you reserve. |
